Cruising in the Bahamas - Nassau

Our first stop was Nassau in The Bahamas. We went directly to the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island and stayed there all day! We ended up buying a pass that gave us access to the multiple aquariums and their private beach. Because we arrived around noon, we couldn't justify the cost of the pass to the water park (it closes around 5).

The beach was UNBELIEVABLE. Best beach I have ever been to. Deep, nice waves and super clear turquoise water. I will be back!

Overall the resort was really beautiful. Unfortunately the food/service was not good. At all. A $17 salad, with canned tuna on top? Um....no. And the gratuity is added automatically -- making the service undesirable.















Seriously, SERIOUSLY. The size of that thing?!?
