We have the Shabby Apple winner! I asked a neutral party (my boss) to pick a number between 1-48.
Apparently #43 was his football jersey number (learn something new everyday)! However,in this decade today #43 is one of my best friends and the winner of this super cute gray jersey dress from Shabby Apple!
